How is anyone ever going to pay wih Bitcoin?

How are low educated people ever going to buy a sandwich with Bitcoin as currency? One store sells the sandwich for 0.000000177 bitcoin? And the other vor 0.000000384? How can we calculate transactions with this highly valued bitcoin as a currency?

      But people have to change there bitcoin to another cryptocurrency to pay then?
