The bitcoin network will host Bitcoin Private with the support of the zk-SNARK protocol

On Wednesday, February 28, bitcoin Bitcoin Private (BTCP) with the zk-SNARK anonymity protocol will be held on the bitcoin network based on the zero-disclosure proof. The main peculiarity of Bitcoin Private is that ZClassic, fork of anonymous crypto currency ZCash, will be subjected to the same time. About this ForkLog reported representatives of the mining pool btcprivate.pro.

Bitcoin Private will be the first fork, based immediately on the two blockers, and the PoW-algorithm Equihash will allow BTCP to be produced using video cards.

The block size in the network will be 2Mb, and the frequency of generation of new units will be 2.5 minutes, while each will contain 12.5 BTCP. The required number of blocks to confirm the new block is 100. At the same time, 10 blocks are needed for the building and another 10 for the return return from the shilling, which is due to the peculiarities of the zk-SNARK protocol. It is worth noting that the recalculation of the complexity will be performed after each block found.

BTCP coins will traditionally be distributed in a 1: 1 ratio between bitcoin holders and ZClassic.

While Bitcoin Private has supported the multi-currency Coinomi wallet and two crypto-exchange exchanges: HitBTC and TradeSatoshi. However, there are trading pairs with ZLC only in the second listing.

At the moment, the project does not have an official purse for Windows, so users can create only a cold paper purse by reference, the developers of which recommend to adhere to all security rules due to the recent theft of MyBtgWallet users' funds.

The development team has more than 70 people. They have already pledged to implement protection against replaying transactions. It is worth noting that their photos, names and links to accounts in social networks are posted on the official website of the project.

The founder and leading developer is the creator of ZClassic and WhaleCoin Rhett Creighton.

Recall, this week in the network Ethereum Classic may host Callisto.
