I have a question, can paper wallet be affected from segwit? because I am very concerned about it.

    So long as you have your private keys you are safe. Bitcoin not safe on exchanges (who hold your private keys) in event there's a fork, you stand a chance of losing your bitcoin. So paper wallet is safe, so long as you don't lose your details!
