China's move to restrict ICO's and embrace the adoption of overall blockchain technology is a great strategy in my opinion. ICO's have proven to be problematic especially with mainstream adoption and a regulated positive approach will lead to some of the best-paced advancement when it comes to DLT and blockchain tech overall.
