According to a newsletter of The James Altucher Report, Amazon is preparing to accept the regulations in Bitcoin on its platform. The announcement should be made during their conference on their revenues scheduled for October 26th.
Everything seems to have gone from there last Friday, and the ad quickly went around the web on specialized sites. The James Altucher Report is the newsletter of a well-known entrepreneurial writer and serial-entrepreneur in the United States. This point makes it a reliable and reliable source. If he often follows the rumors, the ones he carries end more often by being truthful than unfounded. Nevertheless, the first article mentioning it is squawker.org a site launched in April 2017 accepting many authors.

This information would also have stuck very well with the context of last week with Google announcing the opening of its payment API at Bitcoin. So why not Amazon?
There are arguments against this idea, with a reference to a recent petition signed by more than 9,000 people asking Amazon to accept the Bitcoin as well as the Litcoin on its platform. The ecommerce giant has never followed up on it, nor given any comment whatsoever. Moreover, in the midst of development in other markets, accepting a currency that is too volatile could represent a risk, knowing that it is a niche means of payment representing very little growth.
To conclude and return to the volatility of the cryptomony, it is a safe bet that this information has been disseminated without any thought. Nevertheless, in a media environment where Fake News can quickly have a powerful impact, such articles could have a direct effect on the course of the Bitcoin and thus serve some insiders.
Meanwhile, to know if these rumors are true, it will be necessary to wait until the 26 of October.
