If phone number is required, then what would be for tourists or other foreigners @sandeeptgs ?
Is it mandatory to buy a sim card ? and what about papers like ? Do they require some documents for the foreigners. ?

In most BTM, we don't need to provide any phone number or documents. I think I mentioned that in this post. :-)
