$8.2 Million: Court Orders Default Judgment Against Cryptsy CEO !!!

A US judge has ordered that the current Chief Executive of the Cryptoconstration Exchange Cryptex will pay 8.2 million dollars to its customers.

US District Judge Kenneth Murray filed a long pending class action suit against the Florida-based Cryptoconcurrency Exchange, which collapsed in January 2013 in January. Later the case was filed. Cryptisy was finally transferred to the receivership in April following the court.

According to Marra's 27 July court order, Cryptsy CEO Paul Wehrman - who has stole user funds has stolen - "$ 8,200,000 is responsible for the class classes depicting the original number, for which to go immediately with the death penalty."

Vernon, who is now believed to live somewhere in Asia, has not responded to the court's plea, in a situation that leads to the default decision of this week.

The order has been significantly mentioned that 11,000 Bitcoin taken from Vernon exchange has been accepted by the customers.

"The Court further declares that as on date 23 July 2013, 13,325.0961 [Bitakayne] and the date of the verdict of the fraud were seized from the Crippsy customers ... under the Planinif class property and this final and under this Judgment," Murray wrote.

In a statement, Attorney David Silver, who represents two law firms involved in class law, said those who pushed for the results were "tricked into achieving a historic success," that control was running for profit control, listed in the court order 11 Bitcoin Wallet addresses
