BITCOIN IS FUNDAMENTALLY STRONGER THAN EVER

• MORE PEOPLE ARE USING IT:
  Coinbase, has recently passed the 20 million user milestone as it expanded into 35 countries. At these rates, analysts expect the number of Bitcoin users to reach 200 million by 2024
  confirmed transactions per day is overall increasing, as well for the created wallets
  

• NODES ARE MORE NUMEROUS, AND MORE WIDELY DISTRIBUTED THAN EVER
  Recent data shows the number of reachable nodes distribution all over the world.
  Interestingly, China has the second largest number of nodes with over 2,300 after the United states ~2600 nodes despite last year’s government clampdown regulations.
  
  The more we have full nodes, more decentralized and secure the network becomes, making it exponentially harder to disrupt or attack.
  

• BITCOIN IS SCALING

As Bitcoin experienced a surge in adoption and users, the network went heavily congested, leading to a hard spike as of transaction fees and costs. The adoption of SegWit block-weight optimization solution, has eased some of the costs for now, and opened the door for developers to work on layer-two scaling projects, specifically the Lightning Network and more features such Confidential Transactions, Bulletproofs, and Schnorr Signatures, which are expected to make Bitcoin transactions cheaper, faster, and more private in the near future.

• HASH RATE IS AT RECORD HIGHS
  Despite of everything, the network hash rate has been constantly climbing to the current record highs. which reflects the amount of computing power Bitcoin is using.
