I actually contacted the support network with an inquiry about this problem. They said they were working on it. I am very satsfied with the service and my payouts have resumed since the inquiry.

    That's good to hear! It seems a lot of people are getting their payouts today. It's nice to see a reputable company taking the time to respond to their customers and keep them informed. Genesis Mining is one of the few legitimate companies out there. Thanks for the comment :)
