I don't think btc will reach to $65k even if ETF is allowed .
ETF contains not only btc but many other good and stable coins .
But yes its true that BTC will be going high and even may get traded more than $100000 in next 2 to 3 years for sure.

    Etf will be approved for bitcoin only in begin and for sure it will reach all new heights !
