We are all early adopters here, if you are even close to reading this today. I keep stating it to remind people and also ...

... So many new people arriving at Steemit/Crypto daily, they are new to all this, like we all were once.

Great question. I bought the dip. This is what I have learned from riding the waves of crypto. And if you follow the 20% Cream Rule, you actually start to look forward to the dips.

A lot of my friends thought the bubble had burst.

Crypto 101: Learn to hodl, to sell at the top, and to buy the dips

That is well said, well said indeed.

Great comments.

I never bought anything :*( what I regret is DUMPING all of my money into STEEM when it was below $1 at some points!

but as I write this, steem is worth $6.50, so dont worry be happy

See my comments on that just below.......@chackett

I hear you, x10.

I have had similar chats with people on the year many of us stayed loyal, saw it STAY around $1.... while everything else went 12 or 150x, trust me..... words out of my mouth.

Just limped in the door, things went well. Jut got back online but have to go do my self imposed physio now...

Love that tag - you cannot regulate liberty. Truer words have never been spoken...

It came to me on here one night over a year ago, blogging away, it rolled out of the mind and onto the screen and I kept using it in words here until I made that banner up a couple mths later!

Thank You!

Perfect! Truth cannot be regulated either...Best!

I held everything, based on what I saw in the last 4 years, it would and WILL always dip in the last 2 weeks of january

I just held on, except for switching what's left of my Factom to Monero. I did so because, regardless of what you think of them, alt-right figures like Christopher Cantwell are shilling Monero hard.

Fitting in a way. Bitcoin came into its own as the currency for dark markets. Unsurprisingly, crypto has become a donation platform for the purveyors of "dark ideas." As explained in The Innovator's Dilemma, the only way for a better alternative to grow is to latch onto a niche that the established solutions don't touch.

So my shift to Monero is essentially a bet on a growing community. It analogous to someone back in '12 or '13 hearing about Bitcoin as a payment channel for the dark markets & loading up on it.

with my sked I am just seeing this good reply now. Always great replies from you, that is why I asked you to start writing awhile ago LOL.

Months ago, I started loading up on the same, for some of the same reasons and others I have noticed in my grizzled time as a crypto person far your junior LOL.

I just do not get into specifics on many things for lots of reasons.

Because government and the police state.

Because they watch and target known liberty activists.

My videos online prove that also.

I hope I can figure all this out. I need to have a purpose in life. It's hard to figure out what to do. People here are nicer than other places at least.
