Hello Steem Friends!
Two British businessmen have just launched a £ 250 million luxury venture, which, for the first time in Dubai's real estate market, will sell apartments in bitcoins. Initially, 150 units will be available for purchase in the virtual currency.

There will be two towers with 750 units, according to the Business Insider website, along with a mall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The first apartments are expected to be completed by September 2019. The studios, with one or two bedrooms, will cost from 27.52 BTC.
For Doug Barrowman, the "meteoric" growth of bitcoin in recent years shows that it is the leader among virtual assets.
According to a statement from the businessmen, investors who bet on the venture may have a return of 9% in rents.

I agree. The apartment developers in Dubai are smart to accept BTC. They know it will be $1 million plus each someday
