The judge in the Craig Wright case ruled that C.W. must pay the family of his deceased partner half of the mined bitcoins... That's an easy thing to accomplish for Satoshi Nakamoto, but maybe a bit more difficult for someone that is not Satoshi.
Is Craig Wright one of two halves of the anonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto? Maybe, but likely not. So, there is a good chance the man has to buy YOUR bitcoins in order to pay off the family. Its a lot of bitcoins, and the only right thing to do in this circumstance for a bitcoiner is to, well, demand a higher price!
Incidentally, if you own BSV or BCH you might find that a whale will soon dump a lot of their coins. After all, a simple way to cover some of that settlement requirement would be for Craig Wright to dump his BSV and BCH holdings.
