Life after Bitcoin Bubble ---My journey to blockchain world

Today Bitcoin is $6280 at the time I am writing this blog, ETH $285 and BCH $520...I have gone through an incredible journey of the Bitcoin histeria . The journey started in June 2017 When I started hearing about the Bitcoin boom. Today $2000..Then $4000..6.8 .10 ,12 ....Wow the more I was reading the news, more I was getting excited...start reading more about Crypto ...people were becoming millionaires in a day ..Everything was just wow.

Let's go back to the flashback when i was doing my business course from UCI that was the first time I heard about bitcoin, went and meet one Bitcoin group through meetup and that time I purchased coffee for the group and it cost me $84 and they paid me via blockchain wallet $84 worth of Bitcoin it was @$450 at that time..came back start looking at the market price and it was just going up ,up and up ..when it reached $650 I decided to buy my first bitcoin through coinbase..next day i say a sudden drop to $540 buying another one...in just 2 weeks price drop to $290 bought another one..price were still failing and at $220 I thought enough because everyone start saying Bitcoin will goto Zero soon..

I decided to keep the few that i bought and moved on..totally forget the bitcoin world..2015..2016..2017 mid-pass and never looked at my wallet because i lost the interest in it..It was a bad investment according to me ..

At the end of October 2017, I was sitting at more than $100k worth of bitcoin and it was just growing. I was literally banging my head thinking what the hell I wasted my time to become a millionaire and every day although my net worth was increasing I was sad because i lost the opportunity to buy more in 2014...

Friends always follow what your elders have quoted, do not get greedy but I listened neither to Warren Buffett nor news articles but listened to John Mcafee who speculated that bitcoin will reach Million dollar soon. Aha ...my chance to become a millionaire again.

So entered in the market again, first I start doing day trading with my bitcoin and holy cow I made $4k in one day and this was just in 15 minutes of trading ..wow...I was on cloud nine told my wife ..our financial independence day has come ..time to rock and roll baby... Now I was a different person that day I understand the power of money. In my dreams, I was buying Tesla Model X, start planning a trip to exotic islands..debt free life ..extra tips for the waitress ..Wow

When a person gets greedy he wants more so I start calculating if I invest this much I will get this ROI and that was the mistake I did ..so at the peak of the bubble BTC $19.5k I start buying bitcoin again, next day it crashes to 17k bought another one and so on...

Price keeps dropping and my anxiety increased to the top level...I lost $100k just in few months today the price of bitcoin is $6280...The same thing is happening that happens in 2014, Bitcoin has lost majority of its value but still i, feel a potential in this asset doesn't know why.

Few things I have done and learned from my mistakes, I am investing in BTC and Altcoin for a longer term and that is just 5-10% of my portfolio so it's a gamble.
Learning more about the technology behind Bitcoin..I recently graduated from Oxford blockchain institute and founding member of OXBC..now I have a better understanding about of technology behind Bitcoin ..that is Blockchain and more I am reading about it, more I am loving it..

Blockchain is the future and the way some smart like minded people exploring projects related to the blockchain, I feel the sky is the limit...I don't know whether bitcoin that I am holding right now will make me a millionaire or zero but I am pretty sure learning blockchain and building my career around it will definitely help me to do something good for myself and mankind..
