    The key is making a deal is, that the vendor understands Bitcoin and would be willing to sell below market value because Bitcoin is increasing value and dumping paper money, because its losing value. When you really think about it its a way better choice. Your Bitcoin will for sure out preform the USD, actually it will embarrass the currency so bad that it will create a movement towards Bitcoin real estate brokerage, and along with NEW Digital lenders.
