Dogecoin on a NASCAR? Saga prt3

Jumping right back into the saga.
We had so many people interested and so much momentum the only thing that would stop us was ourselves. During this time problems started to arise. We started to realize that we were constantly exposed to 51% attacks and it was being discussed what would happen when all Dogecoin were mined. How would the network stay stable/active? This was the beginning of the end for Dogecoin. The creator of Dogecoin decided to make the currency infinite. It would have permanent inflation forevermore. This was a way to "ensure" it being mined and that the network would be stable. The biggest problem with this was the yearly mineable supply was so minimal no one was mining it. Many times the community had brought up merge mining with litecoin but it was always shot down. They didn't want to associate with any other currency. Guess what you get when you mine litecoin today? Yes you get Dogecoin. After months of bickering they finally decided to merge mine. IMO this was the best technical move they made. Dogecoin will be mined with litecoin as long as litecoin is mineable. These decisions caused many shibe to sell and never comeback. It was the risk they had to take. It was have the price soar for a few years or have a currency for the long term. As the devs were dealing with these issues the marketing didn't miss a beat. We had managed to find a NASCAR driver that was looking for sponsorship for his NASCAR. Just joking around with him about it on twitter he (Josh Wise) was very much excited about the possibility. He even pushed with his personal account this possibility. We had a lot of money to raise, and we had some in the community that didn't think it was a good idea. We had to hold our largest fundraiser ever for what? One race with our currency on a 200 hp NASCAR. I do think this was the right move for Dogecoin. The advertising we received was more than anything we had ever touched. When race day came I was receiving tweets from the official nascar twitter account wishing us luck. They were creating Dogecoin diecast cars. Dogecoin car memes for days. What was the most disappointing was the price of Dogecoin continued to plummet even on race day. At this point I realized that it was great for that race, but anything past it was a waste of Dogecoin. Josh raced well and even made it in the top ten for a few laps, this was until he blocked Dale Earnhardt jr. Dale wouldn't race with him, and Josh went straight to the back of the pack. The race was amazing and seeing a car race at Daytona that I sponsored and had a hand in was the craziest thing I have done in the crypto world. I am a huge NASCAR fan so it was two fold for me. My fav sport and my fav crypto currency in the same sentence. Even at that I was suggesting that we move on to something more charitable. The race got our name out there, but exhausted a lot of time and Dogecoin. Right after this race the community started to split. We had a group that wanted to sponsor the Dogecoin car for multiple races, and we had a group that was ready to move on. Even the community group and the pr team was at a fork. As this was all taking place we had some serious drama going on in the background. There where rumors that Ryan Kennedy wanted to trademark Dogecoin.
