A Miami judge said Bitcoin is not money , but it is property.
The case was about somebody laundering money with the use of Bitcoin . The judge did not see Bitcoin as currency . The judge believes that Bitcoin is property. There is nothing wrong with exchanging or giving property to someone else.
The remark made by this judge can effect how Bitcoin is seen - in a good way. Many more people will believe Bitcoin and other online currency will replace the modern currency we have today.
