If that is going to happen it will not last too long, Bitcoin fees are high as well as the transaction is taking so long, Litecoin has much more brighter future, it has much improved algorithm, fees are cheaper and transaction is very fast :- ), besides that Litecoin is growing faster than Bitcoin since months.

I think it will go back to 15.000 USD this night or within the next two days. We will see some major pump in Ripple. I might get into Bitcoin stronger at 14.500 USD. I don t see the 20.000 USD this week.
