Many top investors including myself are saying bitcoin will easily hit 25,000 + this year.
When we look back to last years predictions we though $5,000 by years end. Instead we hit $20,000 and then retracted back down to the $6,000 level so in theory was the 5k price point right? Kinda sorta maybe lol
That that being said and new predictions of $25,000 does that mean by years end we could actually see $50,000, $75,000 maybe even $100,000 per bitcoin and then retract back down to around $25,000 ?
It actually is a very real world possibility when we start to look back of bitcoins price history.
See even if we go all the way back a few years where bitcoin hit all new highs of $3.60 per bitcoin and then retracted down to roughly $1 it was still the same retraction we see today that really does seem to repeat itself around the same time every year.
However whats happening is it is much more noticeable when you go from $19,000 to $7,000 but in reality its just about the same amount of change as the $3.60 to $1 retraction we saw many years ago.
What is different and from what I can tell is the time between retractions. Before it took roughly 7-14 months for the retraction to be beat. But as we move closer to adoption and regulations this time table seems to have shrunk to around 4-5 months and I think might shrink even more. This could in theory very well spell out a very volatile phase in bitcoin coming up here soon from this year leading into 2020 (which yeah too me by surprise how close we are to that year lol) however the continue trend should be upward and your price of below $10,000 today is going to look like a walk in the park as we move forward.
So what do you think is going to happen? Have you noticed these patterns yourself? Have you noticed that just about every weekend ends up in a sell off as well?

I hope the $25,000 mark will be hit really soon. It's fine even if it's in the month of November or December as long as it goes up so everyone in cryptospace will be happy :)

This seems like a usual trend. If the predictions are checked over time then we can be certain to expect almost the same reaction in bitcoin price.
The price will surely rise above but may still tend to drop back to tracking the same change in history of $3.6 to $1

I honestly learned a painful lesson with the bull run we had, if this happens again, I'm laddering some profits in expectation that the correction will break a few ankles along the way.

now this man understands, there will be many corrections and people will be moving off bitcoin as a fiat as real currencies mature into the exchanges!

Suddenly, due to falling prices Many investor were frustrated. But again this has grown and I agree with you that it will touch 25,000 in the this year. And we have to be aware of it to keep this price, we have to ensure its legal use and its people will have to be aware of it.

It honestly will only take about 1% of the worlds money to be invested into bitcoin to make it reach those levels when you start mapping it out it makes total possible sense it could reach that point.

Well...I think $25,000 is much more feasible in the peak price for bitcoin towards the end of the year.
Astonishingly, it may hit above this
Great predictions...Lets keep our fingers crossed

But a new generation of cryptocurrencies is on the horizon, some of which might possess more of the attributes of money, better satisfying bitcoin's founding purpose.

I personally have this feeling that 75K for Bitcoin is going to happen next bull run, but I am still not completely convinced it's going to happen soon. I'm still suffering PTSD from 2013/2014 and based on that experience I wouldn't count a longer bear market out.
I'm tempted to say we may see an altcoin spring before we see a Bitcoin run.

Although to be fair, Bitcoin is a lot more of a "matured" market that it was when it was @ single digit prices (or double or triple for that matter).
Still though, yea, I have mentioned the similarities myself a few times. It does look good.
