This is just a quick update on project x I have been working on and I could use a bit of help from those of you that know how to create banner ads.

I am looking for the following

1. A banner to promote my steemit account or steemit in general

2. A banner to promote my main site bitcoinflood.com

As for the project I spent this morning setting up a Dogecoin faucet at Bitcoinflood Dogecoin Faucet in which you can claim dogecoin every few minutes for filling out a simple captca.

The idea here is to build faucets for a number of sought after coins and promote steemit on these pages as well to build more awareness and training to the steemit community.

Faucets have been around for years and have proven to be both a good way to distribute coins to many who can't afford to buy them outright and also bring awareness of the coins to the public.

My idea is to build training and awareness to steemit via these sites (via why I need some banner designs above if your interested) but not only that but to eventually build a faucet designed just for steemit (Its a bit tricky so far as I am aware of anyone that currently provides this.

To give you some insight on how the project is going so far here is where we stand.

Alexa rank has gone from 10,745,171 down to 1,248,148 a difference of 9,497,023 in less then 1 month. The end goal is to be 100,000 or less by hopefully the 22nd of this month however Alexa does pull an average of 3 months so it might end up taking that long to get to those levels.

The reason for the 100k or less goal is to get higher paying advertisers into the system which would allow me to provide higher payouts which in turn would create more userbase.

Current active users stays at just shy of 2,000 not to shabby for 3 weeks!

This graph shows total traffic to the training and optins of 24 so a little over 3 a day are opting into these new funnels.

These funnels will continue to drive more people as the site grows. Once I have banner ads as well running on networks I expect optin rates to ten fold which will drive more people to steemit and be setup on the correct path. These funnels go through step by step training about what to post, how to post, not spamming, community building and more.
