I think Light Speed Speed Bitcoin has a bright future, no doubt about it. However, it should not be forgotten that technology evolves and changes and other, more "optimized", cryptocurrency forks will come along and steal the thunder of a existing good concepts. It has happened before and it will certainly happen in the coming 100 years.

With that said, I too hope for the freedom of the fast bitcoins so that evolution may continue its course to the best optimized bitcoin.
