This is a hotfix (full build) fixing the following:

Fixes

** Corrected %Worker_Password% issues on all miners, all are referenced now to Set String
** Corrected Syntax on DSTM Miner
** Corrected Syntax on Lbry Credits

ADD / Change
** Added PIRL (3 options)
** Fixed BTG Bitcoin Gold - Syntax, Deprecated Suprnova.cc pool, added new pool for BTG

          Nicehash is a broker where you're paid in BTC for your mining effort agnostic to what its mining. Essentially they are a middleman exchanging hashpower for BTC for buyers that want to point your rig to a particular pool and mine a particular coin.

          The Multi-Miner is a .bat file that allows you to mine the coins directly against a pool and you earn the cryptocurrency you are choosing vs BTC.
