Mt Gox announcement - Commencement of Civil Rehabilitation Proceedings

So, What it means? 🤔

Mostly good news:

1. Trustee won’t be able to sell more BTC.
2. They plan on giving back in bitcoins rather than the USD value of the bitcoin at the time of bankruptcy.
3. Everyone (victims) must refile claims by October this year.

Bad news:

1. Some creditors (victims) still will sell BTCs, so that will hang over market till next year.
