The cracks are really starting to form in the housing market. All those high insurance costs. The banks are going to be able to kick this down the road easier this time around most likely with no reserve requirements since March of 2020. They can just hand out loans like Halloween candy but at some point people start defaulting on tons of stuff and can't survive.
