Who doesn't like a windfall once in a while?
Who said crypto bounty hunting was dead? Far from it! I've tried like 3 coins and this is one of them only. That's really crazy, because I've been telling myself I want to try collecting one like this every week - and I've failed miserably. Now 2 hours with Bitcoin White 2 months ago, suddenly turns into something worth $250 of actual Bitcoin. Here's how this went down .... and, early conclusion, who knows this might actually be a thing? I can't have been scammed, other than out of my email address and time.
Perhaps it's just a really clever viral marketing gig, using a crypto? For example, how organized with such things as these Telegram group stickers. Adorable and cute.
One day there I was hanging around (for want of a better description) in Discord, promoting a post about another so called 'bounty' ... when @artaddict, group mod from @steemgigs popped in for a chat. "Have I heard of Bitcoin White" she said
No, so next thing you know, back that rainy day in December, I'm playing around, getting a wallet and joining a Telegram bot - involving a bunch of crazy signup steps that the average non-techie might struggle with (but is all logical and easy if instructions are followed).
So it began ... with a wallet
Then over in the Telegram, starting to play with the bot
I proceeded with the challenges. Figuring out the moves. Go make the tweet first, then run the /challenge # command again, voila, some crypto coins at that time I'm still wondering if they are too good to be true ....
A very functional bot, telling me there could be a lot more to the project. Or does every ICO have one of these? Who's gonna know .....
What impressed me most indeed was the Telegram bot. I could register my wallet and it was able to interact with it, check my balance and more. Further, the bot had a lot of challenges for me. Posting tweets, facebook shares. All good! I did as many as I could. I ended up with a grand total of 250 Bitcoin White, and forgot about them. If I ever run an ICO, no, heck, just already I'm having heaps of ideas for Telegram bots. I'm on the lookout for a Telegram bot developer! What's a blockchain without decent robots. Bring them on!

So, we ended up with a little stash, just 250 bitcoin white. It's trading on 1 exchange right now. More coming, they promise. The team are totally anon? They are blending lots of tech, part DPOS part POW. and the price is trending as volatile as any baby crypto coin.
Watch this space. Or, anyone done a deep critical analysis? I haven't and this isn't investment advice. It's entertainment.

I kind of like it. Just checked out the exchange bitflip.li and it is heavily Russian. They run a google analytics script, plus a yandex script on the site. I enjoy the cyberpunk feel of the Russian anon stuff. Already trading too high for me to jump in with my money.

I did spot some of those Russian parts around, must say interesting indeed. I'm holding these for a while
The bot is easy enough on a desktop, not confusing. Next time I'll try the process on mobile. Talking of bots ... (Not Telegram ones) there's a worker proposal for them on bitshares to be voted for - and the community needs everyone's vote. @apasia.tech post is coming asap :)

The airdrop is over. If I had the time and inclination however, I'd setup a node and promote myself on their community to get voted as a delegate. Cost is 100BTW.

I'm going to learn more about it and for sure project is more interesting the more i look so far. Wallet although basic, is really clean also.
