Friends of mine who I involved in BTC about five years ago always ask me the best way to "cash out" or leverage out a slight amount of profit made with BTC. Of course everyone knows the coinbase/btc atm/ local bitcoins/ way to get btc back to cash, but the best way is to leverage out for gold and silver (particularly silver).
