Holding a coin you believe in is a great strategy - if I never sold a single BTC or ETH that I'd acquired throughout my life, until this moment, I'd be a millionaire! I would only add that it would be smart to log into Bittrex every once in a while to make sure that you stay up with the latest developments.
Nothing is worse than holding a coin and logging into an exchange a year later and realizing that the coin has since been delisted, or that a hard fork happened and you are on the wrong chain, etc.
But good luck with your strategy; it takes great discipline not the check the crypto exchanges every day (at least for me!).
I will check on it from time to time but i am not going to keep checking every hour like i have been doing. Crypto has took so much time from my family and i want to give that time back to them. All the speculation is getting to me.
