There aren't any transactions pending for your wallet. You should ask the person for the transaction ID which you can then check and confirm on the bitcoin block explorer.

If he has send the transaction, ask him for the transaction number. Or his bitcoin wallet address.
Back before the mass adoption of segwit, it was possible for a transaction to get stuck if the transaction fee was too low. These days, it is quite fast.
Looking at your wallet, it has no transactions and I have a feeling you are using the wrong address.
