Bitcoin may be volatile, but we must not forget the benefits of blockchain.

It is the future...

Wont it be profitable to convert crypto into some currency with lower market capacity????????? bitcoins are making so mucg progress right now all for what coz it has only 21 million market cap max... if u invest into something into even lower market cap then today or tomorrow u can make way more money...plus bitcoin mining is becomng so expensive now that unfortunately people will lose interest i think investing into btc wont be the best option u hv right nw

Hmm..dunno. With BTC futures being listed TOMORROW on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange I don't think we'll see any downturn in BTC mining, since the smart thing to do for any miner would be to make a calculated short on BTC thereby almost 100% guaranteeing a profitable business. The future looks very very very bright IMO, so much so with the Lightning network about to take off. I hope I'm right ;) Steem on!

And the future is bright

“You’ll be much better off owning productive assets over the next 50 years than you will be holding…bitcoins. It’s not a currency. I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t around in the next 10-20 years.”

I mean i'm not even going to argue with you. I'm very scared about the money I have in crypto. That being said, I've been able to double my money several times, and I only keep in crypto what I'm willing to lose. I know its a bubble, but hopefully I'll be out before it pops! Or it's the future and ill be a billionaire faster than without crypto.

Great Sir

Same thing I can said about the dollar. It's only value is because the government said so. Also many places are starting to accept bitcoins. Also what you are saying many people said the same thing 7 -10 year ago. Also things have value because people give them value.
