whales are taking their opportunity to get more Bitcoin in cheaper price before the Aug. 1 since that update will have a great effect in Bitcoin price, even with the split of network. The dump of altcoin is a clear state that people are cashing out for fiat in preparation for massive buy when the Segwit activation is succesful.
