BTC breached the point you mentioned, but it is downward currently.

    It hit $11,305 and more, but it did not "Breach the white line". If you notice in the video, the $11,305 was marked for 7:00am 1/25/2016 (PST).

    So, in my opinion, today's White line top is closer to $11,600 this morning, and $11,200 tomorrow. Still bearish until that happens.

      The breach needs to be decisive...in other words, stay above it.
