At the beginning of the year, I learned about Cryptocurrency.
Bitcoin was already up beyond $1500 Aus Dollars. I thought I missed the boat :(
I started looking at its counterparts:
Ethereum: was $19 AUD
Ripple was under 1 cent.
Litecoin was $2
Dash was $30
And King Dogecoin was 7000 coins for $1
Why not throw $500 spread around this stuff. The word on the street was it'll probably go to nothing and Bitcoin will pop and go back to its nominal value of $0.00
Here we sit and the $500 still invested into Crypto is now worth $20000 plus. You could say "why didn't you invest more?" You have to think of the mindset at the time!(February2017) this was new. Infact 1 day before the Ethereum alliance was formed. I was lucky that I read a tiny little article on news.com.au about it, and I mean, tiny article. Hidden amongst thousands of pages of BS.
You ask your friends about Bitcoin. They have no idea what you are talking about lol. So in my opinion less than 1% of the population know or even use Bitcoin and other currencies, here I sit and Ether is $550 AUD to sell right now. Wait and see when 10%, 25, even 50% get word of the returns this is making.
I still believe we are the beginning of all this. Every couch Captain is out there trying to read this like the stock market. Talking about "pullbacks, re-tracements, bubbles etc." I highly doubt this will respond like a stock market. My guess is this will peak then crash for good. Then the masses will return to Physical Assets. In the meantime, getting in now to things like: Ripple, Stellar, Siacoin, DigiByte, Bytecoin while these are all so cheap. Even Doge is still 200 coins for $1 AUD.
These returns could be yours. Find yourself some paper wallets, learn how to buy and sell and use Crypto. Soon your $500 will be worth more than the Gods themselves can count. Take a chance on Crypto. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. What's a $500 investment, a drop in the ocean of the years you will live. Ask yourself the simple question. " Do you want to be the one to miss out?"
Great work. It is all these great stories drive me here. I just started my crytocurrency career and steemit is my starting point. I hope to buy all the coins wihin top30 of market capitalization and see which one would skyrocket. Hope i am not too late to the party.

SBD is slow but it's a winning method. Find a nice exchange and throw money at the ones going up. Ether and Bitcoin. When they go up sell SOME of it and invest it in coins you can own more of. These chances don't come around often. Maybe once in your lifetime. I don't want you to miss out!!

As long as you know where your gonna put the funds after you sell. No satisfaction if you sell and your holding cash not going towards your Mastery, your dreams or your desires. Plan exactly where your going to put the profit as this may end very quickly and need to be handled in this manner

Great article. There are hundreds of new cryptos. The important thing before you invest is, that you research the crypto you are investing in. If you just invest the $ without any research there is a high percentage, that you will invest the money on the wrong cryptos.

What's $500 dollars.. That's how I look at it. I never once believed in it, but I saw logic in the philosophy. SOI researched all the up and comings and took a shot. DONT SELL!! we are at the beginning of all this. Take another $500 and go for it. Go for the home run swings. Dogecoin, Ripple , Stellar, Golem the research all says great things. In Crypto that means thy will go higher. This is no stock market!! Take a shot Man!

Ether just getting warmed up. Put $10 in a week you won't regret that. Take a swing at Doge. $1 Doges and we are off to the races. Look at the new ones for pump and dump strategies (Non Mineable coins) New in and out quick that'll get u started

My problem is that i bought a lot of coins which were cheap with the hope to grow but they got delisted on polo and the price of them wen a LOT down from what it was .

Some coins are created to pump and dump (Non Mineable) you have to watch out. This is like playing chess. Strategies your movements. Doge is a tipping currency. Been used since the dawn of Crypto. It isn't goin away and value is up. Siacoin and Bytecoin have strong philosophies. If I were starting again now with $500 I'd go:
Doge $100
Sia $50
Byte $100
Bitcoin $50
Ether $50
Ripple $100
NEM $25
Golem $25
That's how I'd play the game. Feel free to research what each coin does. You may agree. We have a long way to go. Don't buy anything with a cheesy name.
