On another note once Alibaba and/or Amazon starts accepting BTC, which could be sooner than later, all the altcoins that are used strictly for trading i.e. Dash, will be in big trouble.
BTC = Nebuchadnezzar
STEEM = Zion/The Oracle
BCC = Neo until proven otherwise haters

Yes. That's what proof of stake does.

Come on Craig, why so negative about Dash?!
You are just focusing on the Evolution release date. That sucks!
So what happened:
Evolution alpha (which is a very early version) was supposed to come out mid 2017. Looking at the roadmap this is now scheduled for end of 2017 to partners.
Evolution V1 is a released version to be used by the public in mid of 2018
I rather have a well designed and Tested Product to be released on the market then a quick alpha version for quick value gain of Dash but with too many problems which would discourage users at all.
A quote from the brand new roadmap states this clearly:
"We intend to schedule releases of Dash Evolution in a way that produces a high-quality product and provides a user-friendly experience. In addition to emphasizing quality and user experience, we will use each incremental release as a robust framework for future development. The Dash Core Team believes that taking the time to create a high quality product will create the most value over the long term. A quick rush to market would likely result in an inferior product that causes temporary price growth but long-term stagnation or decline."
Remember Evolution is UNIQUE in the whole crypto-world and certainly very difficult to develop.
But not only that, the roadmap is simply amazing with increasing the blockize gradually to 2MB and and along the journey up to 400MB for best in class capability of transaction volumes in the future.
They even want to develop dedicated hardware to support the Dash network for highest efficiency. I like boxmining YouTube video explaining more @4:23:

BTW, the TenX credit card supporting Dash will be released in July for almost the whole world, except for the USA! This was also funded by Dash and WILL be available soon. https://www.tenx.tech

Thanks for making this video Craig. Always great to see your positivity on red days like these! Excellent point about some of these new cryptos/blockchain projects - they are seriously lacking when it comes to providing a good user experience.

Remember when you said that TenX sounds like a scam coin? There's another ICO coming out for a crypto called ZeroX or 0x - looks like yet another scam coin to me!

Thanks for the insight.. I always get something to think about when I watch your videos. I think the "entities" inside the US are making it very difficult to attach crypto to any vehicle that can link it 'easily' to fiat. They are working on their "own" blockchain technologies and don't want the masses to have already adopted other vehicles that they don't completely control. All the new EU regulations that are now pretty much in-line with US regulations were to stop those that had access to international business or family from accessing the "fiat" debit cards that were available to them/other countries and used here in the US (most without strict types of verifications). All that recently changed. I think regulations are good for consumer protections in the regular financial markets or converting to (as with a debit card) too, but I really wish there was a token-based debit card (which I think is being developed) because as merchants start to accept crypto, it won't need to be necessarily converted back to fiat.

Absolutely agree!.. I just don't want it "centralized" where they can BLOCK it whenever they want and essentially "own" your assets until you comply with some changing rule they decided on -- because I know I don't get to comment on every decision that is made and I am often in the govt reg sites making my filings.
