I do not think so, in 2017 rally was backed for retail traders , this time we can talk about adoption, we have several Business adding btc to their balance sheet, also, we have seeing several sintoms of inflation This will make people seek refuge in various assets and in these times btc is the fashionable asset. In my opinion the only risk for this bull run would be a negative reaction from governments against btc, as happened with gold years ago.
In short, I think this bull run will be very different and a little longer.
