The lower high would be confirmation of a double bottom, and meeting the target of the double bottom would start to confirm the inverse H&S everyone still has their eye on. Some have discounted it already, but it's still within a range that doesn't necessarily rule it out it yet...
Everyone's welcome to call me crazy as much as they want, but they'll all see the inverse correlation with the U.S. Dollar Currency Index/American indices and the crypto market within a couple months. -Tom
