Hey folks!
First off.. "I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it."
Today I want to talk about FineCoin.
FineCoin is a new lending site that look promising, but lately the lending site out there have had a rough time.
There have been scams, DDos attacks and so on, and I can understand why. But we should not tar everyone with the same brush, I believe there will come more and better lending sites in near future and FineCoin may be one of them.

Roadmap
Communication
My thoughts
Communication -
What I like about FineCoin is that they seems to take the "communication" seriously, and that is a big plus for me.
I have been on some lending sites and I haven't been able to communicate with them, and who runs a business without talking with their customers?
ICO -
The 12 million coin supply I really do like, hopefully they will have higher potential to increase in price over time.
And I like min/max buy limit, that will make sure that there wont be a bigger group holding the majority of the coins and wont be able to control the market. But the bad thing is that some may not be able to buy as many as they want, but at least it is equal to everyone. And thumbs up that you can withdraw anytime you want under the ICO, on some sites you can't do that.
Roadmap -
As you can see on the roadmap, they have been working a while with the development. But sure there may be some ICO that have a longer development. But what I like about the roadmap is they will opened up the internal exchange before the lending program. That will hopefully make the price of the coin to go up and you may have a bigger investment to start lending with, if you now choose to do that. I can guess if FineCoin gets a good reputation and more investments hears about it and want to join up and buy some coins. The price will go up because of the low supply and if the "hodlers" hold the coin. Hopefully the target price for the FCN token will be between 15$ - 25$ as they targeting for before the lending program starts.
I will sure hold my coins till the lending program starts.
The external exchange will be released shortly after, already in march month.
The wallet for Android and Windows will get released the same month as the lending program, for them that wants to stake for a while, sadly the one that have a Mac, IOS or Linux will have to wait till march month.
Referral Program -
Some people don't like the referral program and I can understand that, but what I like about this one is that they only have 3 levels.
- Level 1 = 5%
- Level 2 = 3%
- Level 3 = 2%
What's nice about referral program is that writers like me and the others spreads it, and hopefully get a small reward for doing it and the company get more customers from it. But I hope they will remove it in the near future, for the better good.
Transactions -
I have made some transactions and it works really flawless. I haven't done any withdrawals yet but I have seen some on the youtube that have done it. You can make deposit/withdrawals with Ethereum and Bitcoins.
Infrastructure -
They are really proud of the infrastructure and they should be. The ICO have been flawless for me and most of the buyers, the site haven't crashed a single time for me when I bought tokens.
There is a 20+min live interview with one of the developers on youtube if you are interested, search after Mike Michaels.
Security -
What can I say, they have a good security.
2FA and Email Authentication.
And the last couple of days the members have growth every fast, must be a sign of a good reputation? :)
