Bitcoin tried hard to break the resistance but even after breakout it could barely touch 18000.
Now this offers us a classic case of psychological factors being dominant around crucial events and numbers.
BTC is close to a v important event Called CME futures and is equally close to a figure of 20000$.
1 Cme Futures - The general perception in the market ( who makes a market?) Is that futures will bring in institution capable of controlling the price and they will suppress / dump it to make the most of it.
The truth is that it will not work like that atleast in Crypto domain.
When a simple news about a coin releasing a code update can create euphoria among the markets to pump a coin do you think institution will have a power to control it?
Every day we are attracting new fiat into the system and with such an influx of vol it will not be possible for any institution to control the price trend.
When you want to make money you ride the wave and that is what these institutions will do..
So the fear of CME futures will not be able to suppress the price and gradually we will see btc aiming for more.
2 20000$ - is a BIG number and to give you an example even the seasoned investors are starting to believe that this hike is artificial and will end with a correction.
We will not talk about what they think but this kind of thinking spreads a fear in market and this fear suppress the price.
If you already hold a position in btc then stick to it with stoploss as shared in our channel . If you plan to buy some then either buy once btc is seeing a rally or wait for a small correction.
15000$ is a good buying level for now.
In the end don’t worry about small swings in the market and always try to look at the larger picture,BTC is just consolidating for something massive and only people with whole lot of patience will emerge as big winners.
