If the premise of Decentralization comes to fruition, Governments will collapse. Segregated communities partitioned by national factions will blur.

Borders will dissolve.

Taxes will be a thing of the past, there will be no need for them. Not only will they be obsolete, but the amenities that are built into these national bodies currencies will also no longer be funded.

This presents a very chaotic future. Something that belongs in a John Cusack “End of Days” film. What about the schools? Healthcare? THE CHILDREN!

Scary.

WHY THE GOV'T WANTS BLOCKCHAIN TO FAIL
Who will care for us? The national governments have serviced us so well for so long. How could we survive without their ever-watchful stewardship.

Do you sense the irony?

It’s ironic that it’s IRONIC.

Communities are the future. I’ll say it again. Communities. People are powerful. We can take care of ourselves. We have brains that think.

The biggest lie the government ever told us is that we need them to survive. They desensitize us with half baked initiatives guised as amenities, built into their tax system. We are all drunk on the Kool-Aid.

Not me, I feel like Christian Bale in “Equilibrium”, I stopped taking my pills…

Anarchist much? No, communities are the future.

Since the beginning of time, Cavemen and women, Adam and Eve, whatever you believe, survived on reciprocity.

THE LITTLE RED HEN —
You only eat if you contribute (also known as “survival of the fittest”). My theory is that the fittest are the ones who give the most value. Value drives all human interaction.

Think of your friends. You only associate with the people you do because they contribute some sort of real world value to you. Happiness is definitely a metric. You live longer if you’re not depressed. Every person you interact with is keeping you ALIVE.

RECIPROCITY IS THE RE-CIPE
Iron sharpens Iron. Who taught the other hunters how to make their arrows sharp? I’ll take a stab at it… Punny! — Probably the same human that taught other humans how to properly gut, skin, and clean their recent kill.

Morbid, but essential.

Those who share have the most to gain. When knowledge is shared it empowers others. Weapons to hunt new opportunities. Communities are formed when knowledge (i.e. data, information insight, perspective, experience) is shared.

Human Data — Knowledge, has always been the most valuable and powerful natural resource. Before the land could be cultivated, the people needed to be cultivated first.

The Aztecs built elaborate irrigation terraces to fuel an entire empire. Was that all created by one human? One body? One organization? No. It took an entire ecosystem, adapted in congruence to meet their ecosystem.

We have evolved — I do not even like that word because it is singular and finite. We have always evolved, innovated, created new and better ways of doing things. But somewhere along the way, the smarter people got deviant. Created manufactured systems and processes to control, mandate — GOVERN.

Never, and I mean never, has there ever been a system /organization created with pure values (integrity) where the community is the voice, the body, the lifeblood of direction.

The closest thing we’ve had to organic is Whole Foods.

INCENTIVE IS EVERYTHING: THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION
Incentive has never (lots of superlatives in this story, but I mean ’em) been housed, espoused or driven organically in a community.

Those with access to data usually run the system. Those who own the data, can then tell the story about that data. Also, if someone knows more than you, usually you respect them or trust them to direct you.

The government owns the data, controls the data, and tells the story with that data. They use their propaganda to direct us and meet their incentives.

Personal incentives are always reflected in our work. It is a survival tactic. We cannot disguise it. Like inception, our cognition will audibly reflect what our needs are, or even worse, what we want.

Crypto’s premise already has been laid out, if it is successfully implemented. We will not need to worry about the governments’ and the problems they present.

Suspend your disbelief a bit further here. If the government collapses, it is up to us (the community) to drive the initiatives.

The question is, are we ready for this next era?

INCENTIVES IN CURRENT DIGITAL LANDSCAPE DRIVES TOXICITY

Facebook ruined everything with one question: “What’s on your mind?”

Are you kidding me? What’s on your mind???

That is the first question a psychiatrist asks their patients. I am not blaming Facebook. If anything it was the smartest and most disruptive idea of our generation.

Give the people a megaphone to broadcast their deepest, darkest thoughts?

Brilliant!

We all are bleeding inside, we all are feeling, we all have pain. Even the most novice Facebook users could describe the toxicity of FB venting, emotional bleeding, sob stories, trolling and outright hate that is being broadcasted on the platform. It’s been rampant for the last decade.

This is called “Framing”. Facebook framed the entire globe, that “what is on their mind” is what everyone wants to know — that it is the most valuable thing to broadcast.

We have been incentivized socially to be opinionated.
Millennials have been dubbed as the “offended” generation because Facebook told us that we should share what is on our minds, first and foremost.

OPINIONS SEGREGATE

(Examples: Sports teams, politics, religion)

Opinions start wars. Opinions are personal.

Opinions have no value besides persuasion without a factual premise.

SOCIALLY TOXIC INCENTIVES WILL DIE
Criticism, trolling, and negativity are ever-present now because there is incentive. Validation, rather. You can garnish a large following on twitter just by trolling tactfully and cynically.

Trolling/Negativity (self-interest) has no value besides comedy: it collects no data, it gathers no growth, no innovation.

WHAT IF VALUE WAS OUR DRIVER?
Value cannot be disrespected. It is either accepted or ignored. Because their incentive is Value — “Value-Seekers” migrate to those who own the information they need.

Value replenishes. Value is “reciprocitious” (not a word in Webster’s yet, ironic). Those with value will be rewarded and those that do not agree with it will be the minority.

Their scrutiny would be futile and without worth. Their energy used to audit would drive others to agree with them but not de-value the original source of value whom they disagreed with.

Sure, they can spend time trying to negate the valuable party but their efforts will be better spent creating and finding valuable resources to collaborate with.

Opinions are what I value least. Opinions are vacuumed perspectives. I want tested theories. I want data. I want information. Give me VALUE.

WHAT IS VALUE?
Value is the lifeblood of all communities. Value is any data or information that can be shared for the greater benefit of an ecosystem. Again, value is reciprocitious.

Value is only in existence when shared. You don’t take your riches when you die and the same can be said of the information and data you gather in this life. Someone who shares value injects that value into others. It is an exchange of information and only can be transacted by a sender and receptor.

Who is Valuable?

Have you ever sat down with your oldest relative at a family gathering? The amount of value that can be shared in 5 minutes with a grandparent can inject posturing and incentive shifts for the rest of your life. Life “Mega” lessons are affluent with our most experienced life-participants.

CHANGING THE PARADIGM
Imagine if Facebook asked us — “What do you have to share?”

Frame Shift!

First part of the question: “what do you have?
…To “have” means ownership.

Second part: “to share”
…means you have something to give.

Our world would look completely different… For starters — Millennial’s would not be known as the “Entitled + Offended” generation… Also, trolls would be obsolete…

That’s a Simple Fix… Bigger Picture:
Prejudices, preconceived ideas, concepts about groups of people dissolving. Knowledge acquisition becoming agnostic, demographic-less, genderless.

Value would reign supreme.

Incentive currently relies on oneself. If the ecosystem’s paradigm shifts to value sharing, valuable resources will be optimal — and the migration of demand will shift to those with the most to give!

HUMAN VALUE MONETARILY
My business partner and I are building a startup. We have never built a startup. We are in dire need of a known resource who has built a startup, from the ground up in the cryptocurrency space.

We have no idea how to engage a resource of this variety one is not readily available or accessible. What would you do?

Start on Google? Search “How to build a crypto tech startup?”

This is the only article I liked, the 6 steps we are absolutely nailing, currently working on step 4, but we have monetized!

We are looking for an experienced consultant. We want someone fresh, we want someone who may have just scaled that startup last week and is able to help us navigate through the many pitfalls of entrepreneurship, especially in this new untested space.

This theoretical resource would be tremendously valuable to us, but is virtually unobtainable, and once again, not ACCESSIBLE to us at this moment.

We would pay an exorbitant amount of money for this resource. We would give them value they deserve. They have the most relevant market information, and it’s hot off the presses!

The problems in our startup journey are the same problems for almost every entrepreneur ever.

Relevant available information — that is tailored to your needs is scarce.

Privilege is real. Privilege is just access to resources that others do not have. We will tackle this topic later, just know that is the number one problem we are planning to solve.

OUR MISSION TO SAVE THE WORLD

My partner and I are privileged in many ways:

We have brains that work really well.
We have people that believe in us.
We live in the Chicago Metropolitan and have a tremendous amount of love and support… enough to take risks in a new market.

What we don’t have is the access to resources. The hunting bows and access to a river to start our village.

We know there are others that have drive and passion to be entrepreneurs as well, but may be even less fortunate than us. Which means we need a fix-all…

Yes, a one-size-fixes-all solution.

All good experiments start with a question, here is ours:

What if there were an audit trail for all of the valuable experiences you have either given or received?
What if we could know all the valuable resources available in our ecosystem? Within these resources, what if there were metadata, that would act like a bank statement of value transactions. A historical tracking of the influence a person has had on others.

Not only that — what if they were accessible, or engage-able? Like if Linkedin had a button on each profile that says “engage this person” and you could access their schedule or even see the “market rate” for engaging with said person.

Take it a step further, there could be comments, reviews, feedback and ratings on their service, delivery of information, and the credibility of relevant provided information.

Don’t worry Linkedin won’t steal my idea, and neither will you, because the scaling of this idea is almost insurmountable.

This is the job we are undertaking and currently obsessing over.

THE NEED FOR CULTIVATORS
With the government potentially collapsing due to decentralization, no one has a third party, non-personal-incentive driven, integrity-based solution for the communities to collaborate, congregate and assimilate.

This is our vision for all interactions, p2p and in utilization of tech solutions.

If we seek to drive value, and the ecosystem follows, reciprocity will drive a paradigm shift from the bottom up.

Incentivize sharing — rather than ones self — abundance not scarcity.

We all have something to bring to the table and can all eat together.

Yes, it sounds anarchistic. Yes, it sounds altruistic. But, we are confident that we can create a solution for the biggest problem we currently see in the world:

The need for a community of cultivators, driven to share value.
If the government doesn’t collapse (and maybe even more so if it does), the solution to our problem we plan to solve will still be the same:

An ecosystem of value.
We want to level-set the playing field for knowledge acquisition, or die (spend all of our savings and bitcoin) trying.
