Hello Fellow Steemit Users, Please Help Me Understand How Steem Power Increases

I need help from the community on this one. I was wondering if anyone knows how much you earn from your Steem Power. For example:

If one has 100 Steem Power at what rate does it increase. 1% per hour, per minute, per day???

Again, What is the growth rate. Knowing this will help me and others know how much we want to power up to.
