What's the deal with Bitconnect, Regalcoin, Hextracoin, Westerncoin and whatever else?

So basically are these just giant scams or are they for real?

Are people actually getting paid out? Has anyone been burnt?

          think of it as a hyip but last longer. You can make money but be aware you can lose anytime for it a centralized program.
