Bitcoin or Litecoin?

In the last few days we've had real madness on the bitcoin. Is there a similar scenario for litecoin waiting for us?

Today's volume on LTC increased by 500% compared to the beginning of December. What is going on? Is it because people are switching to litecoin, because bitcoin has problems with transaction processing?

Or maybe because the transaction fees are much cheaper than BTC (0.2USD vs 7 USD)?

If Litecoin is cheaper and faster (2.5 minutes vs 10 minutes blocks) then why LTC / BTC ratio falls for the last months?

lowest was ~0.003 07.032017
today ~0.01

Will we see a reversal of the trend in the near future? Or maybe we will see it?

For me thing that prevents me from going into Litecoin is the fact that several other currencies try to do what Litecoin does, the competition is too high. I like to invest in the ones who have a specific use that only they can provide. what do you think?
What would the best digital cash be: Bitcoin cash? Litecoin? Ripple? Iota?

I really like IOTA but haven't actually tried it yet :)

If IOTA releases a decent wallet, it will be a big step forward to overtake bitcoin.

I think that IOTA will grow faster than BTC. The question should be when. If I was John McAfee, I would say that in 3-5 years.

Of course, in market cap, not the price of 1 coin. :-)

oh yes that goes without saying, there are so many IOTAs out there haha. I do believe the tangled network is something marvelous and has a lot of potential.
Another coin that I think has a lot of potential is ada from the cardano network... it is amazing

Litecoin does not rise because it is a good coin with faster and cheaper transactions. If that was the reason then RaiBlocks wich offers instant and zero fee transactions would have surpassed Litecoin. Speculation and manipulation are the only reasons.

never herd of RaiBlocks before... sounds amazing though kinda like IOTA in the 0 transaction fees
