I don't think it is a scam.
I think they testing the waters with b cash.
to see if icos workon bitcoin.
how better to get you coin out than that :)
I think you see a lot more coming out on bitcoin.
top 4 ranking and they rushed it out.
bit of marketing and better miners and you got a nice ico.
