I sent some btc to my bitpay wallet but it has yet to show up. I'm trying to create a ticket, but it won't let me submit it because it's saying the wallet ID Is not valid. I received a payment to the same address yesterday from the same platform, now it's telling me this. Has anyone had this issue and how did they resolve it?
