So as we all see bitcoin is been in bearish market from almost January 2018 till date. However Billionaire venture capitalist and investor Tim Draper has long been one of cryptocurrency’s biggest bulls, even as the bitcoin price has gone below our expectation. He still believes that bitcoin will reach $250,000 by the year 2022.
Tim Draper expect that the current $86 trillion global market for currency will grow to be about $140 trillion in the next 10 years, and that growth will be in crypto. In fact, he estimate that fiat currencies will actually decrease in use, and that crypto will become as much as $100 trillion of that market. He expect that Bitcoin to be about 10% of that market, or $10 trillion. He thinks that bitcoin or crypto maket is still very new it has too much room to grow.
As he is a big player himself the fact that bitcoin will reach $250000 by 2022 is not negligible.

I think it may reach $250,000 by 2022 or it may not. I mean its a big bet who knows about future of Bitcoin. But behind the Bitcoin, the BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY is going to change the entire economy. And people will believe in this technology and invest in it. But in my opinion Bitcoin will not be a currency in future, it can be an asset like gold. People going to hold Bitcoin rather than spending in the marketplace. There are some other coins who will fulfill as a currency to spend in the marketplace like Ripple, Cardano, TRON.
