we can sell btc more than 2-5 for Canadian dollar as non resident person.
I mean any kyc needed for selling at atm or not ?

    No KYC needed bhai, but you have to do it in parts as some BTM allows $5000 withdrawal /transaction and some allow $10000 :-)
