Electroneum Pool ETNPool.net introduces the "Dedication system"

At https://etnpool.net we're committing ourselves to continuous development of the pool by integrating new features such as our (past) referral program and average pool fee. Why are they "past" features? Because we had to, unfortunately, reinstall our complete server last week and haven't decided what feature to reintroduce.

However, that doesn't limit us to look for better options that fit everybody's need. As of today https://etnpool.net introduces the Dedication System as a way to have our miners benefit from a lower pool fee by doing what they do best: mining.

What is the Dedication system?

The dedication system is our way to reward our miners for mining at ETNPool.net. The dedication system works with "dedication points" which are added to the miner when the miner is actively mining at our pool. One point is added every 10 minutes.

What do dedication points do?

The dedication points actively lower your fee. This means that every dedication point you earn will lower your pool fee and make you earn more ETN. Lowering the pool fee doesn't have a limit and go all the way down to 0%.

What happens when I leave ETNPool.net?

When you and your miner leave ETNPool.net your dedication points will decrease by two points every 10 minutes after 30 minutes of inactivity and thus meaning your pool fee will increase again.

When do I reach 0%?

You will reach 0% when you've collected 20.000 Dedication points. However, we don't limit the collection of dedication points to this limit, you can go over 20.000 Dedication points which effectively creates a buffer.

Does this number seem far fetched to you? Don't worry, we will always look for creative ways to help you earn more dedication points as time passes, keep an eye on us!

Where can I find an overview of my dedication points?

Your collected dedication points can be found in your stats (when entering your wallet address).

What is the normal pool fee of ETNPool.net?

We have a base pool fee of 1%.
