My friend Davinci from YouTube, who I've known for 10 years, just got famous! He has been talking about Bitcoin since 2011, and a lot of people just found out! Check out my 6 minute video about it:

Enjoy!

Regarding the Yellow Vests movement in Canada, the Ottawa protesters put together a great recap of it here.

It's great to have him back making videos! A little surprised he's so negative about a Bitcoin recovery any time soon, especially considering he and his company are building a cryptocurrency wallet; he must at least be betting cryptocurrency will recover or at least last into the future...

Hmmm, yeah. I notice that aside from his decision to buy bitcoin in 2011, he hasn't had a lot of great calls. He also took like 6 years off social media to party down in Chile... can't say I blame him LOL
He said a few years ago Bitcoin is going to be either zero or a million in 5 years... time is almost up on that one!

I've been watching Davinci since the first time you mentioned him in one of your videos (I think). I do respect his analysis and opinions. I really like your analysis too. I would love to know more about his adventure moving to Chile. Really glad he's back making content. (Glad you started sharing so much on Steemit, too.) I notice Davinci is into BitTube. He just mentioned it again for at least the second time in this video:

I'm actually feeling less optiministic about BitTube, so I'm glad he sees something in it. Wonder what his opinon of STEEM is...

Yeah I wonder what he thinks of Steem, also. Not that I'd take his opinion as gospel, but it would certainly be worth hearing. To me STEEM comes down to management. As much as we pretend otherwise, there is a group of people in charge. The chain is stable, the websites (Steemit and others) are working well, apps are being developed, the community core is still strong. But the top 2 or 3 people are what will make or break things. Do they want this to continue, or not? Are they going to give their best to making it happen? I hope so!
As for Chile, let's just say here in 'private' (on the open blockchain lol) that he called me more than once in an intoxicated state, to discuss bitcoins, his ex wife, or the gorgeous ex-pat he met at a tequila bar in Santiago. It would only be every few months, but when he did call, we would usually talk for hours. And he actually listened, too, which I appreciated. After waking up, it was a lonely time for me. I lost access to my 2 kids right around the same time as I lost most of my friends. Davinci was one of the people who helped wake me up (the rest of the way) in 2008... and his evening calls (late night for him... often getting home fro the bar) in 2012-7 were a source of connection. When I was homeless last year I lost my phone, and he and I haven't reconnected since then. And I won't bother him now, I know he's suddenly very busy!
You see? There is still adventure alive in this world.
