The Philippine-based wallet CoinsPH is set to launch its cryptocurrency exchange COINSPRO to cater the ever booming cryptocurrency market in the Philippines and the Southeast Asian region.
Thought it’s still on its BETA version (at the time of this writing) and its exact launching date has not yet revealed, COINSPRO will be the first order-book cryptocurrency exchange to operate in the Philippines allowing customers to di@rectly buy and exchange cryptocurrency using the Philippine Peso (Php) at real-time market prices.
On their blog post announcement, COINSPRO claims to offer excellent service with the following criteria:
Better pricing – COINSPRO order book will allow for the efficient pricing of digital currencies that reflects local supply and demand. Customers will have precise control over when and how they trade, with a variety of order types available to them.
Lower fees – Pay as low as 5 basis points (0.05%) in fees per trade with COINSPRO tiered fee structure which lowers your fees as you trade more.
Higher limits – Enjoy no restrictions on trading volumes, no restrictions on cash-in volumes, and significantly higher cash-out limits compared to your Coins.ph wallet.
These features in turn will allow us to operate our CoinsPH blockchain services (remittances, blockchain wallet, etc.) at greater efficiency and lower cost to end consumers.
Since its onset in 2013, CoinsPH has become trustworthy among Filipinos as evident of its increasing number of users that reach to over 5 million early this year. Among the services CoinsPH wallet offers include, mobile payment for cell phone load, utility bills, game credits, money remittance, and many other merchant online payments, including government services.
Depositing Philippine Peso to CoinsPH wallet also made very convenient as it allows users to cash in to Bayad Centers, 7-Eleven, M-Lhuilier, Cebuana Lhuillier and Palawan Pawnshop branches as well as other bank partners.
Likewise coinsPH wallet also allows user to buy Bitcoin, Etherium, and Bitcoin Cash directly from their wallet using their peso balance.
CoinsPH is one of the only four exchanges and remittance center using cryptocurrency approved by Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
