Introducing Transparent USD – A USD Pairing Crypto-currency.

The landscape of crypto currency is forever changing and over time people have consistently looked for a store of value that directly represents their holdings. There have been a few projects that have come to market that deem themselves to be a true pairing option, however, concerns of legitimacy have come to surface over an inability to audit holdings of private crypto-currency projects. Through this concern we find ourselves looking to create a new store of value based on three key principles: transparency, integrity and true value.

This project aims to provide the community with something that they can truly stand behind as it directly represents what we feel should be the standard of any company, project or product within the blockchain and crypto-currency space. We understand use of private blockchains and the use case of private coins, however, we still believe that anyone who holds our coin gets a true representation of the fiat denomination they hold.

This is a start-up that is currently being moonlighted via a small group of crypto-currency enthusiast who believe in transparency as a core principle of doing business. All the time and resources that are currently being allocated to this project are on behalf of the individuals that represent the project.

We are currently in the early stages of development and plan to have something to market within the near future, however, given the little time and resources we have available to us its hard to say when this project with come to market.

The project will be based off the Dash Repository that is available for use under the MIT License agreement.
