Bitcoin Cash might be a great call if 2x fails, indeed. I think ETH is another way to consider as well.

Do you think China will move soon on a more positive way for ICO just like Taiwan did?

    Yes, ETH is worth to consider too.
    I don't think China will move on a positive way for ICOs, the policy will likely to persist for a while.
